The Symphony of Seafood, now in its 24th year, seeks to promote value-added product created by the seafood industry in Alaska. First-place winners are given an opportunity to display their winning products at Seafood Expo North America (SENA) in Boston, Massachusetts, 19 to 21 March.
“In the 24th year of this annual competition, we are still seeing high-quality and innovative new products made out of Alaska seafood,” said Julie Decker, executive director of the Alaska Fisheries Development Foundation, which organizes the contest.
