  • type Fillet Oh fish at the you tube search to find out more.

  • I like government. They know what they are doing. I like all natural. I hate artificial. I hope they clean out the fish tank. Any species who eats their own poop is retarded. I like PETA. Farmed raised salmon is healthier than wild caught salmon. I hate when they reel in 30,000 lives of aquatic earth life.

  • In the comparison of farmed salmon and wild salmon, they both looks totally like farmed (fatty and basically same colors). However, the color of the wild salmon varies a lot – it depends on diet and specie.

  • why do you speak so fast? no chance for me to remember anything and reflect.

  • Fish farms are the beginning of wild salmon extinction ! Fish farms have a terrible impact and I would never recommend anybody of eating salmon farmed fish. Aquaculture are the reason for the ISA disease stating in Norway and a huge population of sea lice which kill all the juvenile wild salmons ! Furthermore fish farms are the best way to pollute a river because per year a fish farm makes more than 1'800 metric ton of waste which are composed of decease, dead fish and chemicals. Also most of the fish farms are not even cleaned so there is an accumulation of 1,5 meter of all that shit !! Please before saying fish farms are the future of the fish think twice ! For more info go and read books !!!

  • They showed farmed salmon and called it wild. Bad.

  • every criticism could be applied to all farming. but honestly cows, chickens and pigs will NEVER go extinct, not ever. whereas animals that are not farmed might.

  • i'm ok with fish farming ONLY if it's done right

  • DO NOT EAT FARMED FISH – Do not eat anything made outside of nature for that matter – You ARE what you EAT. Literally.

  • eating salmon gives me itching all over my body.. not only me but all my colleagues complain about that

  • As someone who gets 99% of my protein intake from fish I need fish farming to be a thing or else I'd have no food!

  • fuck it lets deplete the oceans of fish say no to farm raised

  • fuck fish farming , leave the fish as mother nature created it

  • Anything that is not natural, is a Death Wish!!!!

  • people in the ancient times no technology, the life span of human is 600..they only dies when animals attacking them

  • Between Coloring And Vegetables Oil On a Fish What else It's add it on Farm Salmons Growing Hormones Etc, Come on People Wake Up We put Oatmeal and Honey On Soap and Shit on our Food Wtf Worse Companies Ever Companies are always thinking in ways to make a Profit they should be more Strict Regulations

  • Good intention, really weak information delivery.
Starts out saying some methods of fish farming are "terrible" (they are) but no mention of the main reasons for this (disease transference, sea lice proliferation, excessive antibiotic and chemical application). Even the fact that despite colorant additives, farmed salmon still literally pales in comparison – is skimmed over. "Less pink" is a huge understatement. And then there's the wide fat bars in farmed (PCB accumulator)…

  • I need your shirt.

  • Why not just stop eating fish and get your omega-3 from flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts, potatoes and hemp seeds? I personally love fish, but with high cholesterol, potential mercury and heavy metals poisoning and the impact on the ecosystem of depleting our oceans, I simply cannot justify it anymore.

  • alton brown with facial hair, voice change, and hair style change

  • salmon is carnivores… so fish farmers can feed what this creature normally eaten in the wild rather than turning into pellets that put to the fish consumers on risk.

  • we will need farming to keep up with the intake but it should be heavily regulated

  • nice

  • fish farming companies should expose ingredients, what they feed their fishes. so consumer can decide.

  • wow 666 comment

  • kill salmon farming

  • Farming fish is even more damaging to wild populations than capture fisheries are. Farmed fish are kept in close proximity and so are a breeding ground for disease and parasites. These spread to wild wish populations and massively reduce there numbers, not to mention spreading novel diseases from opposite sides of the planet that the fish have no resistance to. The escaped fish interbreed with surrounding populations too, reducing their fitness and genetic distinctness, which also reduces their wild numbers. If they had done any research beyond one Google search they would have seen all of this, very disappointed in DNews this time.

  • Farm fish not safe, most are sick from chemicals used in feed, fat content TWICE as high then wild run fish, Columbia river where they raised in pen's are all contaminated killing wild run fish on there way to spawning grounds, and now the Fukushima radiation taking there tolls, wild stock salmon down 90% this is what's being withheld from the public.
